With an emphasis on the wide range of LED Bars, it is also possible to develop customised bars, tailored to your specific needs. All our LED bars have a Wonderlite® PC-110U polycarbonate lens, so they comply with food safety standards food contact FDA 21CFR 177.1580 and European standard (EU) No. 10/2011.
The LEDs used in our retail lighting products have a margin of colour temperature 3 SDCM, with reference to the centre of the MacAdam ellipse, according to ANSI standard C78.377:2011, and comply with eye safety standard EN62471, classified in risk group 1.
We'll take a closer look at our range of LED bars, tube lights and downlights.
24V LED bar
The 24V LED Bars are ideal for lighting refrigerated equipments, such as showcases and food displays, general interior lighting and decorative lighting.
Available in the 24V, 24V Eco and 24V Eco² series, you can choose the power version that best suits the area to be lit, both in terms of luminous flux and energy consumption.
With various lens options - Clear, Frost, 2x55º, 45º and 20º - you can choose the one that best suits your lighting project. Available in a wide range of sizes, from 10 to 247 cm, you can create a composition of bars of different sizes, up to a maximum length of 6 metres.
With the same characteristics and specifications as the most powerful version of the 24V LED Bar, the 12V Bar has been developed, for connection to 12V power supplies.
24V BT LED bar
Family of linear LED bars with a fully polycarbonate exterior, transparent or diffused. The 24V BT bars have been specially developed for lighting refrigeration murals and wine displays. Available in two power versions, 24V and 24V Eco, and in 29 different sizes, from 8 to 232 cm.
24V CCT LED Bar
The 24V CCT LED Bar allows you to obtain different colour temperatures and light intensity levels with just one linear bar. Available in two power versions and 32 different sizes, you can choose the bar that best suits your lighting needs.
The 24V CCT LED Bar can be controlled in three ways: IR, IR+PROX and IR+PROX.
The lighting control of the 24V CCT LED Bar can be done in three ways: IR, IR+PROX and Wi-Fi.
The version with IR control allows you to regulate the lighting via an infrared remote control, while the IR+PROX, in addition to management with the remote control, has a proximity sensor that allows you to switch the bar on and off with the approach of your hand. The IR remote control allows you to select between four colour temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 4000K and 5700K) and adjust the bar's light intensity with off, 20%, 50% and 100% levels.
The Wi-Fi version allows you to manage the lighting via web app, accessed via Wi-Fi. Through the web app you can choose between six different colour temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K and 5700K) or between one of the seven colour temperature presets, specific to some food products. The light intensity can be adjusted between 0% and 100%, in 10% intervals.
24V I45 LED Bar
The I24V I45 LED Bar was designed to create a lighting concept through the front sweep of light (wall-wash effect). With an L-shaped aluminium profile, this bar allows the light beam to be directed at 45º, making it ideal for vertical application in refrigerated displays, or horizontal for general interior or decorative lighting effects.
You can choose between three different lenses - Clear, Frost or 20º - designed for different purposes, and the power version that best suits your lighting project - 24V, 24V Eco and 24V Eco². With sizes ranging from 10 to 247 cm, you can install this bar individually or interconnect bars up to a maximum length of 4 metres.
24V RGB LED Bar
Available with a polycarbonate lens, transparent or diffused, and an aluminium body, the 24V RGB LED bar is ideal for decorative applications. The 24V RGB LED bars are controlled via a controller module, which allows the colour and light intensity to be configured.
The length of the bars varies between 10 and 200 cm, and it is even possible to create compositions with more than one bar, up to a maximum length of 4 metres.
24V HOT LED Bar
The 24V HOT LED bars are the ideal lighting solution for use in heated industrial equipment or places with high ambient temperatures. Its robustness, brought about by its aluminium body and transparent polycarbonate lens, allows this bar to withstand temperatures of up to 85º C.
24V Magnetic LED Bar
The 24V Magnetic LED Bars, available in Eco or Eco² power versions, allow for quick and easy installation, thanks to the aluminium profile with magnets. In addition to easy installation, the process of cleaning the places where they are installed is also made easier, as you just have to pull the bars to remove them and put them back in the display via the magnetic profile.
The 24V Magnetic LED Bars are powered by the magnetic rail, to which they are connected via a cable with a CC2M connector.
Shelf LED
The Shelf LED is a price holder with lighting, specially designed to illuminate products displayed on glass shelves. It has an aluminium profile where the lighting is installed and a polycarbonate support where price labels can be placed. Can be applied to 8 or 10mm glass shelves.
Available in the 24V (13 W/m) and 24V Eco (9.4 W/m) series and with a wide range of sizes, from 46 to 121 cm, it allows the composition of sizes and luminosity to be adapted to each project.
Tubular lamps - T8 and T5
Our T8 LED and T5 LED lamps were created to replace traditional tubular fluorescent lamps. LED technology is recognised for its energy efficiency, consuming significantly less energy than conventional lighting technologies, such as fluorescent lamps. This substantial energy saving makes it possible to reduce operating costs and contribute to a lower carbon footprint.
As they do not emit ultraviolet or infrared radiation, LED tube lights are environmentally friendly, can be repaired and do not contain mercury or any other harmful substance.
The T8 LED and T5 LED are available in all standard sizes, but can also be manufactured to specific sizes on request.
Butcher's shop lighting
The lighting of butcher's products brings an extra challenge to retail managers as it cannot contribute to the perishability and fading of the meat. We recommend lighting meat displays with LED technology, as it does not contain harmful substances or radiate heat.
4000K R9 lighting
Our 24V R9 LED Bar was created specifically to illuminate meat displays, highlight your natural red tones, without changing the tone of the environment. With a color temperature of 4000K and a high color rendering index, especially in the red color matrix (CRI > 90 and R9 > 85), it is possible to illuminate the meat in a precise and vibrant way without contributing to its discoloration, thus allowing , a longer product exposure time.
The precision in color reproduction, combined with the high performance of the bar, with an efficacy of 150 lm/W in the Clear version, make this an excellent solution for all meat displays.
Pink lighting
The Pink lighting for butcher's shop enhances the tones of the meat, making it more appealing. As it is the most used color for butchers, we offer Pink lighting in bars and tubular lamps, so you can choose the one that best suits your displays.
Downlights
LED Downlights emerged to replace traditional 2x26W and 2x18W downlights, allowing energy savings of up to 55%.
Available in round and square formats, in a total of 7 different sizes, the LED Downlights have an ABS body with V0 flammability class. The downlight frame can be manufactured in various colors to adapt to the space to be illuminated.
LED downlights are an environmentally friendly solution as they can be repaired, do not contain harmful substances or emit ultraviolet or infrared radiation.
The diversity of retail lighting products on offer, combined with the complexity of maximising all the added value of shopping areas and their products, makes retail lighting a huge challenge. In order to find the best lighting solution for each space, we recommend carrying out a luminotechnical study
